Lucy wants to be the best sister for Wolfoo - Wolfoo fanmade coloring story
The Best Sister: Nine Little Secrets to Help Your Step Daughter Achieve Career Goals by Joanna Martine Woolfolk is a refreshingly logical book about the best ways to be a great mom. Its nine pages of well organized advice and suggestions about getting your own family and your career on track to provide the kind of structure that many books simply can't match. In fact, the book has so much helpful information and so little fluff that some of the suggestions will become old hat, and then the new information will be fresh and useful.
With her trademark sassy come-hither wit, author unknown takes us through the nine chapters in a style that almost reads as if she's describing herself in the third person. I found myself actually laughing out loud at some points as Woolfolk explains just how silly some of the silly ideas she has about doing things with your step sister are. But that sense of humor helps the reader relax a bit - after all, isn't that why we enjoy reading motivational material? - because at least we don't take ourselves too seriously all the time. Joanna Martine Woolfolk is funny, sassy, and knowledgeable, and that's a rare combination these days.
At the end of the day, though, it is important for moms to be aware of their own children's needs and wants, even when they themselves might not be very keen on the idea of giving advice or following advice. Sometimes the best sister can be the most reliable and caring person in the world, but she still might have to give in order to get her own way. But at least if you are the best sister, you know where your place is! That's a great way to keep everything running smoothly, I think.
